"I wanted to take this time to thank you for the great service provided by Pedro and Fidel during Saturday’s ONSITE visit. They were there ahead of schedule and very efficient in their use of time. It was very nice to have Fidel remember some of the locations of the equipment from prior visits since I had a hard time locating a few of the Granite Surface tables in Optics. Pedro’s printout with the dimensions made it easier to know what to look for. Both techs were very considerate of my slower pace due to my back issues and made great teamwork to get the job done in such a timely manner. Thank you for their time and professionalism."
