Importance of Fluke Equipment Calibration
The calibration and repair of Fluke equipment hold significant importance for several reasons. Fluke instruments are renowned for their precision and accuracy. However, if they are not properly maintained and regularly calibrated, they can eventually deliver inaccuracies in measurements. By seeking the services of a trusted calibration service provider like Micro Precision, the lifespan of the equipment can be prolonged, performance can be optimized, unexpected breakdowns can be prevented, and downtime can be reduced.
Micro Precision ensures that these important instruments are maintained and calibrated to the highest standards as a professional calibration and repair service provider for Fluke equipment, enabling businesses and professionals to have confidence in the precision and dependability of their Fluke equipment.

Our Fluke Calibration Process
Our commitment to excellence means every instrument follows a uniform, rigorous process, ensuring reliable results through total transparency and documentation
Receive & Log
Your instrument is logged into our system, tagged, and given a unique work order number. As-found condition is documented.
Inspect & Measure
A pre-calibration performance check is performed and all as-found measurements are recorded against Fluke's published specifications.
Calibrate to Spec
Calibration is performed using NIST-traceable reference standards. Adjustments are made as needed to bring the instrument within Fluke's tolerances.
Certify & Return
An accredited or ISO/IEC 17025-compliant calibration certificate is issued. Your instrument is labeled, packaged, and returned ready for use.
Why Choose Micro Precision for Fluke Calibration?
As an A2LA-accredited laboratory operating under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, Micro Precision offers a level of rigor and traceability that OEM depot calibration and unaccredited third parties simply cannot match. Our metrologists work specifically with Fluke test equipment every day — we understand the tolerances, the failure modes, and the exact specifications your instruments must meet.
We support industries where measurement accuracy is non-negotiable: aerospace and defense, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, power utilities, and electronics manufacturing. Our calibration data integrates with most CMMS and calibration management software systems, making compliance reporting straightforward.
FAQs
Yes. All Fluke calibrations performed at Micro Precision are conducted using reference standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Every calibration certificate includes full traceability documentation, making it suitable for ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and other regulated quality management systems.
We calibrate the vast majority of Fluke’s product lines, including digital multimeters (Fluke 87V, 177, 289), clamp meters (Fluke 376, 393 FC), thermal cameras (Ti Series, TiX Series), process calibrators (714B, 725), power quality analyzers (435-II, 437-II), oscilloscopes, insulation testers, and temperature instruments. If you don’t see your specific model listed, contact us — we can confirm scope coverage before you ship.
Third-party accredited calibration — like the service we provide — is typically faster, more flexible on scheduling, and more cost-effective than sending instruments back to Fluke’s OEM depot. Critically, because we are ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited and NIST-traceable, our certificates carry the same (or for other cases, greater) level of audit acceptance as OEM certificates. Third-party calibration also provides an independent verification of your instrument’s performance.
Yes. In addition to calibration, Micro Precision offers repair services for Fluke instruments found to be out of tolerance or physically damaged during pre-calibration inspection. In many cases, we can repair and re-calibrate your instrument in a single service cycle, minimizing the time your instrument is out of service. A detailed repair quote is provided before any work begins.
